Interactive White Board

I've been doing some more exploring of online resources available. I like the tool interactive whiteboard. This would be a great tool for my students to use when I have them present projects and assignments to the class. This would also be a good collaborative place to create lessons and projects and be able to share with other 4th grade teachers.

  1. Sara,

If you already have whiteboards in your classroom and your school's budget doesn't allow for a SmartBoard or any of its counterparts, you could consider a Mimeo or eBeam. They suction to your existing whiteboard and with a USB connection to your computer, make your whiteboard interactive. Both have tools that communicate with your computer to draw, write, or otherwise interact with what you are projecting. Our school uses eBeam but Mimeo is very popular and both are comparable in price. Just FYI.

    Happy Return-to-School!
